Renovation of a municipal facility in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,600-square-foot municipal facility.

The project site is a facility commonly referred to as "the Old Bingo Hall," located at 424 Little Pines Road, in the Town of Lac du Flambeau. Only the main floor of the building will be coated with an epoxy flooring system. Restrooms and storage areas will remain as is. The main floor comprises approximately 9,600 square feet. Ample parking is available immediately adjacent to the building, which will not be occupied or utilized during the flooring project. All labor, materials and equipment necessary for the project are to be provided by the successful bidder. The successful bidder shall properly dispose of all waste materials and debris related to the epoxy floor installation project. The Contractor must perform the full range of services related to the installation of an epoxy flooring system at the Old Bingo Hall. COLOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY THE TRIBE. All material handling and applications shall comply with manufacturer's recommendations and specifications. Contractor shall also properly dispose of all debris and waste materials related to the flooring project. The project shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: Prepare concrete surface in accordance with flooring system manufacturer's instructions. Remove dirt and other surface contaminants. Chemical surface preparation (acid etching) is unacceptable. Mechanically abrade concrete surface in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and leave an aggressive texture to provide a bondable surface. Edge grind all walls and drains. Remove concrete dust. Repair and treat control joints and surface cracks utilizing manufacturer's standard materials to ensure that the surface is free of defects and without porous areas. Install decorative flake (color selected by Tribe) and coating over prepared floor surface. Coating to include a grout coat and urethane topcoat for UV protection. Allow epoxy flooring system to cure pursuant to manufacturer's instructions. Remove masking, draping, and other protection from adjacent surfaces.
