The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians will receive sealed proposals from independent contractors for the provision of lawn maintenance services during Spring-Summer 2025 for approximately 100 Tribal Elders through the Lac du Flambeau Aging & LTC Program. Seasonal lawn maintenance for each Elder residence shall include approximately eight (8) bi-weekly lawn mowing sessions and one (1) leaf removal session. Bidders must have liability insurance, suitable lawn maintenance equipment and transportation to qualify for consideration and selection. It is anticipated that four (4) independent contractors will be selected, based upon bids and qualifications. Each will be responsible for providing lawn maintenance services for 25 Tribal Elders. Assignments for Elder law maintenance will be provided by Ldf Aging Program CHORES Manager Leslie Johnson Each successful bidder will enter into a Lawn Maintenance Contract with the LdF Aging Program for a term commencing May 20, 2025 and ending August 31, 2025. The Tribe will not assume responsibility for proposals mailed in through public or private mailing services.
