Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians will receive sealed proposals from qualified independent contractors for the design and construction of a new 6,400 square foot Tribal Transit Service Garage for storage of Transit vehicles. The new building will be located on the grounds of the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Roads Department at 268 Industrial Park Lane in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. It will be approximately 80' x 80' in size, and constructed of metal or metal and block. Each bidder must be fully insured and have relevant experience in the construction industry. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards prevailing in the industry. A site visit is recommended. The Design Builder and its trade subcontractors shall comply with the wage requirements and reporting requirements imposed by that Act. The Tribe will not assume responsibility for proposals mailed in through public or private mailing services. The Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Tribe's requirements.
