Sealed bids will be received for ELECTRICAL PARTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF MERCER AND THE COOPERATIVE CONTRACT PURCHASING SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE (1) YEAR. Bids can be submitted electronically on the e-procurement platform through BidNet Direct. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Specifications and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Purchasing Department or online. Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the BidNet website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
