This Request for Proposals (RFP) for Elevator Maintenance, Examination, Cleaning, Lubrication & Testing Services AT CITY OF MILWAUKEE Municipal Services Building The Department of Public Works/Infrastructure/Bridges & Buildings, is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified firms to submit proposals for preventative maintenance, examination, cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and testing services for elevators located at the Municipal Services Building, 1540 West Canal Street, Milwaukee, WI 53233. The intent of this RFP is to establish a multi-year contract to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all elevators at this facility, in compliance with the State of Wisconsin Elevator Code and other applicable regulations. All requests for information or questions regarding the RFP and the selection process should be addressed to Ahmad Ayyash at aayyash@milwaukee.gov by Friday, January 9, 2026 at 3:00P.M. (CDT). Questions/answers and any other items will be provided in an addendum posted on the DPW website. Only written responses and/or addenda will be binding upon the City. Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and accept only such proposals as is in the best interest of the City of Milwaukee.
