Description

Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage one or more qualified firms to provide professional services required to program, design and prepare construction documents for the permitting and construction of a solid waste transfer station to be sited and constructed on existing County-owned property. The project shall consist of a transfer/tipping building, scale house, administration/office building, site traffic circulation, queueing and parking along with all stormwater management, a hazardous waste collection center, recycling drop-off station and storage building.
