Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Reinholds, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the following, as further described in the Contract Documents: Contract No. 1- General Construction: The project consists of the construction of a Garage Pole Building with delegated design of the structure (approximately 2,500 SF), which includes an office and site work. Contract No. 2- Electrical Construction: The project consists of furnishing power, electrical and control work for the project. Contract No. 3- Mechanical Construction: The project consists of furnishing plumbing, heating and ventilation for the project. The work includes but is not limited to the following items: 1. Contract No. 1 - General Construction: This contract includes the construction of the following: a. Garage building, including office. b. Complete sitework including site grading, seeding, paving and stormwater facilities. c. Other Work as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications. 2. Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction: This contract includes the construction of the following: a. Installation of all required electrical systems, controls and control wiring including trench excavation and backfilling. b. Other Work as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications. 3. Contract No. 3 - Mechanical Construction: This contract includes the construction of the following: a. HVAC systems, exhaust systems and controls. b. Plumbing systems. c. Trench excavation and backfill. d. Other work as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications.
