Sealed proposals marked "Sludge Bids" are requested for the hauling of liquid sludge from the Authority's Wastewater Treatment Plant at 55 Creamery Road, Reinholds, PA, and for cleaning designated sewer lines owned by the Authority in West Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The work includes supplying all labor, tank trucks, miscellaneous hoses, and connections necessary to receive, haul, and dispose of the sludge generated at the plant, as well as cleaning the specified sewer lines. Bidders must submit a certified check, money order, or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount. The Authority reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids, and to waive any information in bids received.
