The Millcreek Township School District will accept sealed bids for Exterior Restoration (Phase II) - District Wide. Bids must conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope, clearly marked with the project name, and addressed to Millcreek Township School District, Attn: Mike Galleher, Millcreek Education Center, 3740 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506. Proposals will be publicly opened for tabulation in the Board Room of the Education Center. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for explanations and clarification of the bid specifications will be held at the Millcreek Education Center. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, in the best interest of the School District, and to waive defect in form.
