Remodeling of an educational facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The work includes updating restrooms and classrooms in the Fabtech Education Center, as well as updating restrooms in the Oshkosh Riverside Campus for Fox Valley Technical College. The upgrades involve plumbing fixtures, ceramic floor and wall tile, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, data work, casework, acoustical ceilings, and paint. All work will be awarded to one general contractor. Bidders can obtain relevant documents and must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting as specified. An award by FVTC under this IFB is subject to the approval of the FVTC District Board. A preliminary award notification will be sent after the bid evaluation, but the final award notification will not take place until after Board approval on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The Project consists of the alteration of approximately 342 square feet of restroom refresh at the Fabtech facility and 138 SF of renovated space creating a wellness room and gender neutral restroom at the Riverside campus.
