In general, the Work includes demolition and disposal of three existing rooftop HVAC units and installation of Owner-furnished Contractor-installed Trane HVAC units including all new rooftop ductwork, isolation system, roof repair, bracing and framing. Work also includes removal and replacement of all interior VAV units including associated ceiling removal and replacement, flex duct replacement at supply and returns, piping and valves as shown in the bid plans and specifications. All Work must be completed within ninety-five (95) working days after the starting date. All work shall be completed in accordance with the scheduling requirements outlined in the Bid Specifications, Basic Contract Requirements, Part 2, Project Schedule Details plus 15 working days for mobilization from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
