Question Deadline 01/23/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer at the address given in the Advertisement for Bidders and, to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The work involves providing electric and telephone/internet service from an existing utility pole underground to a building or pedestal; installation of the building electrical system including service entrance, disconnect, automatic transfer switch, lighting, branch circuits, and electrical connections to all equipment and valves; generator and propane tank installation; lightning protection system; instrumentation and control equipment including wiring and conduit at all sites; telemetry system; branch circuit to production wells; electric service to tank and vault sites including entrance, electrical, and instrumentation/control; restoration and miscellaneous work. The project also includes Additive Bid No. 1 for vault improvements at the Oneida Street and Sulphur Springs Road intersection, Additive Bid No. 2 for the King Road Tank manhole, and an Alternate Bid for a telemetry system.
