Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Corona, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project Locations: 14835 AND 14821 CHANDLER STREET APN 144-080-009 Scope of Services: Demolition and Disposal of Structures located at 14821 Chandler St The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: demolition, site cleanup, environmental and regulatory compliance, site restoration, utility shut-off, coordination, and other items not mentioned here, but required by the IFB documents. All questions relative to this project must be submitted via Online Q&A Yes 01/06/2026 at 2:00 PM PT The successful bidder must possess a current Class A Contractors License issued by the State of California to cover all of the work to be performed under this project. All work shall be completed in a total of forty (40) Working Days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract documents may be rejected. The City reserves the right to make all awards in the best interest of the City. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: o Demolition: Removal of existing structures, surface features, utilities, debris, or other onsite elements identified by the City or shown in the project documents. o Site Cleanup: Clearing and disposal of materials, stockpiles, vegetation, trash, and miscellaneous items in accordance with applicable regulations. o Environmental and Regulatory Compliance: Conducting any required assessments, handling of hazardous or regulated materials, and compliance activities as directed in the technical specifications. o Site Restoration: Restoring disturbed areas to a clean and stable condition, including any temporary measures for erosion control, dust suppression, or site safety. o Utility Shut-Off: Shut off and decommission all utility connections in accordance with all utility purveyor requirements. o Coordination: Coordinating with City staff, utility providers, and other parties as required. A. Contractor's Basic Obligation; Scope of Work. Contractor promises and agrees, at its own cost and expense, to furnish to the Owner all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately complete the Project #xxx Demolition and Disposal of Structures Located at 14821 Chandler St., including all structures and facilities necessary for the Project or described in the Contract (hereinafter the "Work" or "Project"), for a Total Contract Price as specified pursuant to this Contract. All Work shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with the above referenced documents, as well as the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The plans and specifications for the Work are further described in the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Special conditions, if any, relating to the Work are described in the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. B. Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the City. The scope of work for this project includes eight buildings (Figure 2). Dwelling 1 is a single-story building on a raised foundation and comprises an approximate 810 square foot (SF) area. The building includes bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a den. The interior walls are primarily finished with batten board and some areas are finished with wood. The ceilings are finished with batten board. The flooring is finished with wood, carpet, ceramic tile, and laminate plank flooring over vinyl floor tile. The roofing system is finished with asphalt shingles. The exterior walls are finished with brick and mortar and stucco. Shed 1 is a single-story structure that is adjacent to Dwelling 1 and comprises an approximate 100 SF area. The interior walls and ceiling are finished with textured drywall and joint compound. The floor is unfinished concrete. The exterior walls are finished with stucco and the roof is finished with asphalt shingles. Shed 2 is a single-story structure that is adjacent to Shed 1 and comprises an approximate 64 SF area. The interior walls and ceiling are unfinished wood panels. The floor is unfinished concrete. The exterior walls are finished with wood panels and the roof is finished with asphalt shingles. Shed 3 is a single-story structure that is adjacent to Shed 2 and comprises an approximate 64 SF area. The interior walls and ceiling are unfinished wood panels. The floor is unfinished wood. The exterior walls are finished with wood panels and the roof is finished with asphalt shingles. Shed 4 is a single-story structure that is adjacent to Shed 3 and comprises an approximate 1,000 SF area. The interior walls and ceiling are unfinished wood panels. The floor is exposed dirt. The exterior walls are finished with wood panels and the roof is finished with asphalt shingles. Dwelling 2 is a single-story building on a raised foundation and comprises an approximate 1,200 square foot (SF) area. The building includes bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a den. The interior walls and ceiling are primarily finished with drywall and joint compound. The flooring is finished with wood and ceramic tile. The roofing system is finished with asphalt shingles. The exterior walls are finished with stucco. Dwelling 3 is a single-story building on a raised foundation and comprises an approximate 3,900 square foot (SF) area. The building includes bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and a den. The interior walls are primarily finished with batten board and some areas are finished with drywall and joint compound. The ceilings are finished with batten board. The flooring is finished with wood, ceramic tile, vinyl floor tile, and laminate plank flooring over vinyl floor tile. The roofing system is finished with asphalt shingles and rolled-on asphalt. The exterior walls are finished with stucco. Dwelling 4 is a single-story building on a concrete slab grade foundation and comprises an approximate 1,600 square foot (SF) area. The building includes rooms and an open space. The interior walls are wood panels. The ceiling is made up of wood panels with an acoustic spray coating. The flooring is unfinished concrete. The roofing system is finished with asphalt shingles.
