Bids are solicited for the West High Street Utility Upgrade for the City of Springfield, Ohio. All work and bids must strictly comply with the specifications and instructions to bidders prepared by the Service Department. Plans and bid proposal documents are available through Bid Express (Bid Number 26-05). Proposals can only be submitted electronically via Bid Express. Free registration on Bid Express allows bidders to review and print project documents. A digital ID is required to submit proposals electronically. This project is funded by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, and all related funding rules and regulations apply. The work is also subject to prevailing wage rates as set by the Davis-Bacon Wage Determination requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defect in a bid that does not materially alter the contract documents.
