Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
CLA-CR333-11.35 The preparation and execution of Right of Way Acquisition Services for pedestrian improvements in the City of Springfield. The project consists of the construction of sidewalk on both sides of Bechtle Avenue from Hillcrest Avenue north to the Walmart Traffic Signal and along the north side of Hillcrest Avenue from the Meijer entrance to Bechtle Avenue as well as updated pedestrian facilities and signal timing. It is estimated there will be 1 SH parcel and 23 temporary parcels requiring acquisition. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by February 2026. To meet ODOTs schedule, all Right-of-Way Acquisitions for this project must be completed by November 2026 or earlier if possible.
