Renovation of a multi-residential development in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Sealed bids are invited for the Scattered Sites Modernization 2026 Project. The project will be let under one contract. Electronic copies of bidding documents may be obtained upon request, with printing costs the responsibility of the bidder. A certified check or bank draft, or a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid, must be submitted with each bid. Provisions for equal employment opportunity, payment of prevailing salaries and wages, and tax-exempt status for all federal, state, local, and excise taxes must be adhered to. Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding that do not materially alter the bid item. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after bid opening without consent. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Procurement Director at Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority. Project Schedule: It is anticipated that this project will commence in Spring 2026. Construction duration is 700 calendar days, accomplished in 3 phases. All specific scope items shall be coordinated and reviewed on the drawings and specifications as applicable. 2. Dwelling Units will be in a rent ready condition at the conclusion of work.
