Sealed bids are invited for the Scattered Sites Modernization 2026 Project. The project will be let under one contract. Electronic copies of bidding documents may be obtained upon request, with printing costs the responsibility of the bidder. A certified check or bank draft, or a bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid, must be submitted with each bid. Provisions for equal employment opportunity, payment of prevailing salaries and wages, and tax-exempt status for all federal, state, local, and excise taxes must be adhered to.
