The Millcreek Township School District will accept separate sealed bids for the following: Pool Timing System and Scoreboard Replacement - McDowell Intermediate High School Fueling System Replacement - Millcreek Education Center. The Millcreek Township School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, in the best interest of the School District. The School District also reserves the right to waive defect in form. The purpose of this project is to accomplish that task. Basis of Design: SmartFill Gen 3 Scope of Work: Provide and Install (1) SmartFill Gen 3 AC console - wall mount (Diesel Island) - Provide and Install (1) - SmartFill Gen 3 AC console - wall mount (Gas Island) - (4)- SmartFill Module SF2, 4-hose control unit - (100)- Programmed NFC proximity FOB -Standard website and cloud data (included with system(s)) - 1-year parts and labor, 5 year parts only warranty - Removal and dispose of existing card systems - Reuse existing pulsers, wiring and conduit - Programming, training and startup - (1)- PRO version reports, 36 month subscription(2025 rates) Millcreek township school district will run the CAT-6 wiring to the fueling console for each location.
