The scope of work requires the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install orthophosphate system improvements. This includes, but is not limited to: chemical storage tank and day tank; chemical feed skid (pumps, gauges, valves, etc.); transfer pumps; tubing; injection tap and quill; piping, supports, fittings, and appurtenances; wall penetrations; and all utility and equipment relocations/replacements; concrete installation; electrical and control improvements; and coordination as shown and described in the Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted only on the provided forms with a five percent bid security as described and will only be received from persons who obtain Bid Documents from the authority and are registered on the list of bidders. The authority reserves the right to waive informality or reject any or all bids based on its judgment regarding the resources, financial standing, or experience of the bidder. Bid packages must be sealed, marked, and addressed appropriately. Any inquiries regarding specification details must be directed to the designated assistant engineer. Question Deadline 01/13/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
