Maintenance, repair, minor construction, and new construction services shall be performed under the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) program for real property facilities at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. The requirement will result in two firm-fixed-price multiple-award IDIQ contracts that provide a broad range of base engineering support, including labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to execute individual task orders. Work under this program may include, but is not limited to, repairs, renovations, alterations, maintenance of existing buildings and infrastructure, and limited new construction, all conducted in a manner that supports uninterrupted base operations. Task orders issued under the IDIQs will be competed and awarded to the lowest-priced, responsible offeror. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
