PGC Howard Nursery New Forestry Headquarters Building - Plumbing The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting electronic bids for a new Howard Nursery Forestry Headquarters building to be used for PGC forestry work, general training, and public use areas. The scope of the project includes the construction of an approximate 40' x 80' building with an attached vestibule totaling 4,240 sq. ft. The building will be completed with conventional wood stud framing and a trussed roof structure, including several cathedral ceiling areas. Work includes installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior finishes, metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with GWB and wood paneling, entry and interior doors, windows, HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems, and other building appurtenances. Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the solicitation due date no later than the solicitation due time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation.
