Project Description: Westside Community Schools Loveland Elementary is executing a partial modernization, and construction of a new 56,493 GSF academic facility on the existing site at 82nd and Pacific Street. The existing school building will be demolished, with the exception of the original 1932 schoolhouse, which will be preserved and rehabilitated as part of the project. Included in the scope of the project, several neighboring residential properties—1116 & 1120 Ridgewood Ave., 1117 & 1125 Loveland Dr., and 8210 Poppleton Ave.—will be demolished, and the sites will be incorporated into the expanded school campus. Notice to Bidders: MCL Construction is requesting bids for the following Scopes of Work: 1. Demolition 2. Site Grading 3. Pre-Cast Architectural Concrete
