The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking qualified small business concerns to provide tree removal and related landscaping services throughout its Area of Responsibility. Services will include removal of dead, damaged, diseased, or hazardous trees; tree felling, sectional dismantling, limbing, and bucking; chipping, hauling, and lawful disposal of debris; stump grinding when required; site cleanup and restoration; and traffic control and work zone safety as needed. Contractors must comply with all applicable OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations. Work will be ordered through firm-fixed-price BPA calls, with pricing based on unit rates or task-specific pricing. The anticipated classification for this requirement is NAICS 561730 (Landscaping Services) with a size standard of $9.5 million and PSC S208 (Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services). The BPA ordering period will not exceed five years, and vendors must be capable of supporting locations throughout the USACE Pittsburgh District Area of Responsibility. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
