Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, traffic control, permits, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide gutter replacement services. The bidder must possess a valid and current C-39 (Roofing Contractor) license issued by the California State License Board at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, as well as a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations. Quotation prices/rates must include all required costs and no additional allowance will be made unless specifically provided in the Agreement. State General Prevailing Wage Rates apply for the County of Yuba as described in the agreement. The total price quote proposal must not exceed $461,000.00; any bid amount exceeding this will be deemed non-responsive and rejected. Bidders must attend a mandatory site inspection at the specified location and time. In the event a potential prime contractor is unable to attend, an authorized representative may attend on their behalf, but may only sign in for one company. Subcontractors may not represent a potential prime contractor at a site inspection. All prospective contractors are to assemble at the specified location and must sign in and out as required. Failure to comply may result in rejection of the quote. Reasonable accommodations for physical impairment will be provided upon request prior to the scheduled inspection.
