West County Wastewater is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Remote Manhole Sewer Level Monitoring for up to 25 sites in the collection system. The successful proposer will execute an agreement for a three-year base term with up to two one-year option terms. All proposals must be submitted through the eProcurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement, in accordance with the solicitation schedule. Questions must be submitted in writing through the portal. Proposals will not be accepted after the proposal submission deadline and must conform to the requirements listed. Submission constitutes a firm offer for 180 days. WCW may award all, part, or none of the contract, and is not liable for any cost to prepare or submit proposals. The proposer agrees to all requirements and conditions unless clear exceptions are included in the proposal. Proposers must register and submit responses via the OpenGov Procurement Portal.
