COG2026-05 Traffic Signal Mast Arm and Pole Repainting. Bids must be mailed in a sealed envelope marked with the project name and addressed to the Procurement Director, City of Germantown. All purchases are F.O.B. Germantown, Tennessee. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, accept a Bid containing variations if merited, and accept partial Bids. Bids must be submitted on the official Bid document and signed. The Successful Bidder is prohibited from discriminating against any individual on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, age, or sex. The City may waive any informalities or minor irregularities. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen is the final authority and has the right to reject any or all Bids. Specifications, Bid Sheet, Drug and Alcohol Testing Acknowledgment Statement and Affidavit, and the Company's Testing Policy must be returned as part of the Bid. Returning the Title VI and Title IX disclosure form is voluntary. The Standard Germantown Construction Contract, Performance Bond, and required Insurance Certifications will be required from the selected Bidder.
