Site work and paving for a civil project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project description: Water main replacement, lead service replacement, pressure district changes, lead service replacement, minor sewer upgrades, road resurfacing, road reconstruction, ADAP upgrades and lawn restoration. Project location: OAKWOOD AVENUE from Knapp Street to Cheshire Drive and OAKWOOD AVENUE from Cheshire Drive to Three Mile Road For this project, the City of Grand Rapids Prequalification of Bidders and Subcontractors is waived and replaced with a Contractor's Qualification Statement that must be submitted as required in the bid documents. This project is funded in whole or in part by a loan through the State of Michigan. As such, the contractors and subcontractors will be required to meet all additional requirements of the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) including but not limited to EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program; Debarment/Suspension Certifications; and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. DWRF No. 7899-01 Question Deadline 01/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda, delivered to all parties,recorded by the City as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 5 business days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered
