New Forestry Headquarters Building -Contract No. 3: Electrical The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new Howard Nursery-Forestry Headquarters Building to be used for PGC forestry work, general training and public use areas. The scope of the project includes the construction of an approximate 40' x 80'with attached vestibule totaling 4,240 sq.ft. The building will be completed with conventual wood stud framing and trussed roof structure. The roof structure will include several cathedral ceiling areas. The building will also include installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior facade finishes, metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with GWB and wood paneling, installation of entry and interior doors, installation of windows, installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems and other building appurtenances. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order. Site walkthrough notes: The Howard Nursery Property are open during normal business hours, but bidders interested in viewing the property and facilities will need to contact Mr. Weiss to announce their intent and arrival. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 All questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to the email address of the Issuing Officer provided in the solicitation. While there is no set timeline for the submittal of questions, questions received within 48 hours prior to the bid due date and time will be answered at the discretion of the Commonwealth.
