Site work for a water / sewer project in Afton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drilling and installation of steel casing and stainless steel well screen, developing, and testing of a public water supply well per these specifications. WORK requirements are summarized below. Each item is discussed in subsequent sections of the Specifications. WORK for this project includes: 1) Furnish bonds and insurance. 2) Mobilization to and demobilization from the WORK site. 3) Furnish, install, and cement 100 feet of 16-inch diameter steel surface casing. 4) Drill a 6 1/4-inch diameter borehole to a depth of 410 feet. 5) Complete an open-hole geophysical log. 6) Ream borehole to 14 3/4-inches. 7) Furnish and install 310 feet of 10 3/4-inch O.D. steel well casing. 8) Furnish and install 100 feet of 10-inch nominal, wire wrap, stainless steel well screen. 9) Furnish and install filter pack from 410 to 290 feet. 10) Furnish and install cement seal from 290 feet to ground surface. 11) OPTION: Cement bond log. 12) Well development and rig time. 13) Air development. 14) Standby time. 15) Furnish, install, and remove a test pump and appurtenances. 16) Conduct step-rate and constant-rate pumping tests for a combined total of approximately 176 hours. 17) OPTION: Plug and abandon well.
