Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Afton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The project scope includes but is not limited to all work necessary to complete the following tasks: remove and replace existing roof system and areas of damaged insulation with vapor barrier; remove and replace radiant heaters, electric heaters, and make up air unit; install new supplemental cooling; install new Building Automation System; install new sand oil separator; remove and replace fuel pumps; remove and replace 2 post hoist; remove and replace existing sprinkler heads; any other work identified within the contract documents not noted above. Bidders should review all contract documents for additional work requirements not specifically listed. Primary sub-contractors such as MEP and Roofing are encouraged to participate in the process.
