The scope of work for this project will consist of the removal of all identified building related hazardous materials which may be impacted by the upcoming demolition project planned at the Site. Pre-Bid Clarifications (Deadline) January 12, 2026 no later than Noon The dproject entails the replacement of the Barnum Hall Lobby façade windows. The replacement project will also include the removal of the existing door jambs, and replacing them with structural steel c-channels spanning fron ground level to ceiling height. The project accounts for two (2) allowances for replacement of the doors and hardware, and re-roofing of the canopy roof. The Hall shall remain operational during work hours.
