Architect-Engineer (A/E) services are required to design the replacement of electrical switchboards in Buildings 1, 7, and 20 at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The scope includes removal of abandoned and unnecessary electrical equipment and providing complete design documentation for electrical infrastructure upgrades. The A/E firm shall perform investigations, site visits, and evaluations to verify existing conditions and develop a design that complies with VA standards, codes, and guidelines.
