As of January 23, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The City is requesting bids for the Rotary Community Park - Restroom Improvements Project. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase, the City's procurement portal. Registration in Public Purchase is required, including a 2-step process for new accounts. WA State certified minority, women owned, small, or veteran owned businesses are encouraged to register and submit a proposal. All instructions for registration and submission are provided, and questions can be directed to the listed contacts. The restrooms located within the park area are approximately 640 sq.ft. The women's restroom includes two (2) partitioned toilet stalls, one (1) sink, and related hand drying equipment. The men's restroom includes one (1) partitioned toilet stall, one (1) urinal, one (1) sink, and related hand drying equipment. The exterior of the restroom building has two (2) drinking fountains installed. At a minimum, the Scope of Work includes the following tasks: General o Review provided documents and identify any impacts to the project work. o Support/coordinate with City staff in obtaining necessary permits for the project work. o All prevailing wage labor including filing of L&l intents and affidavits. o Disposal of old equipment/materials. o All applicable freight costs to the Rotary Park address. Restroom Renovation Remove and replace the following in both men and women restrooms: Toilet partitions Toilets (3) and urinal (1) Fixtures such as lighting, soap dispenser, hand dryer, mirror, etc. All flooring o Clean/pressure wash the interior walls and floors of both restrooms. Re-paint walls using graffiti resistant paint. Re-seal the floor. o Remove and replace water fountains from the exterior of the restroom building with a new outdoor bottle filler station and ADA compliant fountain. o Pressure wash/clean the exterior of the building including the roof.
