Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lander, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the construction of the following key components: approximately 6,000 LF of full depth road reconstruction, approximately 5300 LF of 12in transmission main replacement with associated appurtenances, and approximately 900 LF of partial road realignment including curb & gutter/sidewalk. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on firm unit and lump sum price basis for the respective bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Unit prices and estimated quantities are solely for the purpose of comparing bids.
