Construction is underway and all trades are let. Bids are requested for the 2026 Asphalt Concrete Resurfacing Program, County Wide, Job #2026-06. Performance of all work is to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications. Only contractors currently pre-qualified by the Ohio Department of Transportation in the proper work type(s) are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must possess work types equal to at least 50% of the total amount of the submitted bid price. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code apply. Contractors and all subcontractors are encouraged to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in connection with this project. This is a county-wide asphalt concrete resurfacing program involving pavement planing, asphalt surface course installation, and traffic control on multiple roads including Wagner Ford Road, Siebenthaler Avenue, Providence Pike, and others. Requires paving and roadway construction capabilities.
