Renovation of a recreation facility in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
Washington Township (the "Township") will receive sealed quotations from qualified contractors to replace and install an 18-ton Carrier HVAC Unit (Model #48FEFM20B2M5-8W0C0 or equivalent) with fully modulating enthalpy economizer, DX cooling, and natural gas heating. The replacement unit should operate with 11-14.0 EER and utilize Scroll compressors, equivalent 17.5 Ton commercial single package rooftop gas heating/cooling unit. Applicants are encouraged to schedule a visit prior to preparing a proposal to obtain detailed information about the project. The Township reserves the right to accept the lowest responsive and responsible quotation, to reject any and all quotations, and to waive any irregularities in quotations, which do not impair the quotation. Question Deadline January 2, 2026.
