Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide comprehensive services to prepare the site with medical air infrastructure for the installation of seven new EndoDry cabinets, including six cabinets in the Digestive/Endoscopy section and one cabinet in the Operating/Surgery section. Work includes furnishing and installing a suitable medical air compressor capable of supplying the required airflow to all cabinets, locating the compressor in the basement of Building 330-BC120, and routing medical air piping to all cabinet locations. All work shall be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to patient care services and existing hospital operations. Construction activities shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed and performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1700, excluding federal holidays unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. All work shall comply with applicable contract clauses governing changes and equitable adjustments. Location: Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428, Buildings 330 and 310. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
