Site work for a transportation facility in Dayton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Provide complete design services for the renovation of Bus Stop B105 at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Services shall include all necessary schematics, design development, surveys, cost estimates, construction drawings and specifications, and construction period services (CPS). The project involves replacing the roofing system while reusing as much of the existing/original materials as possible, stabilizing the building with refinishing and reuse of all windows, doors, and hardware, adding storm windows, upgrading the building electrical system, demolishing all existing interior and exterior wiring and devices, adding interior light switches at all doors, and installing period-correct interior and exterior lighting with exterior lighting controlled by a dusk-to-dawn photocell. Additional work includes repairing or replacing missing or damaged interior tin ceiling panels, adding a mini-split HVAC system with summer and winter setpoints, seal coating and smoothing the interior concrete floor, and demolishing and replacing the exterior concrete wall and sidewalks.
