Site work for a swimming pool in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
This project consists of renovations to the Belmont Pool, located within Lohrey Recreation Center. Work includes demolition of various pool related systems, equipment, and finishes. New work items consisting of pool equipment, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous improvements to the natatorium. Such requests must be submitted to the Engineer at least seven Days before the Bid Deadline.
