MCES is looking to upgrade their ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment, that is currently at version 10.7.1, to version 11.x. The most suitable version for the upgrade will be determined following the consultant selection and based on versions currently available. MCES currently utilizes both ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. ArcGIS Online is utilized for external access and Trimble's Cityworks, while Enterprise is for internal access. Following the completion of this project, MCES would like Enterprise to have internal and external access and allow for the configuration with Cityworks in the near future. MCES employees work 24/7 providing critical water and sewer services to Montgomery County residents. As such, it is important that GIS services remain in operation throughout the duration of this project, unless planned ahead of time. Should any unplanned outages occur because of this project, the Consultant will immediately notify the MCES project manager and work to immediately remedy the situation. Throughout the duration of the project, the selected consultant will work in conjunction with Montgomery County's IT departments to ensure compliance with all network/security requirements. Consultant will be responsible for providing specific needs in a timely manner so that it can be reviewed and approved by BCC IT for compliance.
