Description

Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide construction services to remove and replace total of eight escalators for the Bank B in the CCNY North Academic Center building. The escalators will be replaced in place, utilizing the existing structural components. Work includes power and control upgrades. Minority Business Enterprise Goal 4% Women's Business Enterprise Goal 4% Service-disabled Veteran Owned Businesses 3% Provide documentation showing a minimum of five (5) years of experience with projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to the one being proposed. Provide details for the five (5) relevant projects that have been completed- or substantially completed- within the last ten (10) years.
