The Base Bid will include milling, resurfacing, ADA curb ramps, mobilization and demobilization, in the following areas; Leota St., from Oak St. to 2nd St., E. 1st St. - From 380 ft. east of Michigan St. (Main St.) to Prospect St., W. 1st St., from Leota St. to Superior St., and 2nd St., from Leota St. to Superior St. The Project, which is funded from Town funds and a Community Crossings Grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract division. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and material for the project.
