Renovation of an educational facility in Centerville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Centerville-Abington Community Schools will accept bids for the partial re-roof of the Centerville-Abington Elementary School, which includes all aspects of the work according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by LWC Incorporated. TIME OF COMPLETION Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the contract time. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws covering their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. A performance and payment bond shall be required. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled within 45 days following the time and date designated for opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding. The Owner shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received. It is the intent of the Owner to award the Contract to the lowest responsible or best bidder consistent with the Owner's best interest. Question Deadline 01/16/2026
