Question Deadline 01/21/2026 at 10:00 AM ET All questions pertaining to the terms and conditions or scope of work of this Request for Bid (RFB) must be sent in writing via e-mail only to the City Procurement Manager (purchasing@stpetebeach.org) The City of St. Pete Beach is submitting this RFB for bids on the Boca Ciega Stormwater Outfall Improvements Project. Contractor shall furnish all materials and equipment necessary to secure completion of the work. Contractor will be compensated according to the quote submitted. Contractor shall include all costs, including but not limited to construction stakeout, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, utility relocations, record survey, etc. Once a contract is awarded, the submitted Bid Form serves as the detailed fee schedule outlining the main pay items for the project. This fee schedule will be reviewed at the pre-construction meeting and will be used to review pay applications and evaluate project progress. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS LOCATIONS Belle Vista Neighborhood: o 41 st Ave & Belle Vista Dr o Belle Vista Dr E & Belle Vista Dr. Don CeSar Neighborhood: o Alfonso St & W Maritana Dr o Alhambra St & W Maritana Dr o Don Jose St & S Maritana Dr o 3107 W Maritana Dr o 37 th Ave & E Maritana Dr Pass-a-Grille Neighborhood: o Cabrillo Ave eastern terminus o 22 nd Ave eastern terminus o 27 th Ave eastern terminus o 28 th Ave eastern terminus o 29 th Ave eastern terminus o 30 th Ave eastern terminus SPECIFICATIONS The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the attached Construction Plans prepared by Halff and listed below. oSeawall Outfall Modifications 41st Avenue & Belle Vista Dr, dated September 2025 oSeawall Outfall Modifications at Alfonso St, Alhambra St, Don Jose St, 3107 Maritana Dr, and 37th Ave, dated September 2025 oPAG Seawall Outfall Modifications at Cabrillo, 22nd, 27th, 28th, 29th, & 30th, dated September 2025 The Contractor shall carefully examine the City right-of-way and be familiar with the work required for the project. Investigate all site conditions that may affect execution of the work as detailed in the bid documents. Contact the City's Public Services Department for changes or alterations before proceeding. Contractor is responsible for field measurement and review of existing conditions. o Contractor is responsible for all utility locates through Sunshine One-Call. o Site and surrounding properties must be kept free of debris and thoroughly cleaned upon completion. o All work to be completed within City Property or City Right-Of-Way, City Easements, or temporary construction easements. o Equipment left on site must be approved by the Public Services Department. o Barricades, cones, and/ or traffic control activities, ALL MOT requirements are the responsibility of the Contractor. Public Notification (via door hanger or mailings) are the responsibility of the Contractor. o Contractor is to use details and specifications as noted on the plans. o Standard work hours shall be from 7:30 AM until 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. No work shall take place on Sundays or on official City holidays without prior approval by the City Manager or designee at least 1 week prior to the scheduled work. A list of current official City holidays can be found on the City's Human Resources website. Contractor will coordinate scheduling of work with the City's Project Manager and City's Inspector.
