CR#: 2130181 Contract Term: 3 Years (2026 - 2028) The City of Buffalo has been awarded a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) grant to develop the Buffalo American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. The plan is intended to dovetail and supplement the regional Safety Action Plan developed by the Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC). Task 1 will involve a Right-of-Way (ROW) focused assessment to identify non-compliant infrastructure; Task 2 will include the development of the ADA Transition Plan including prioritization of improvement projects based on the data.
