The Project consists of the purchase and delivery of 2 Barrels of 12' Wide x 10 ' High & 4 Barrels of 10' Wide x 10 ' High x 62.5 ' long . The precast concrete box culverts shall be HL93 TxDot compatible , direct traffic load , precast concrete box culverts (See attached TxDOT specification for wall thickness and rebar requirements with 2 '-0" long exposed rebar on the outside of the 12 end barrels . The boxes shall be delivered to the jobsite at the existing Green Lake Outfall Structure (See attached location maps for box delivery laydown area . The box culvert supplier shall coordinate the delivery date with the SPCDD contractor , who will offload the boxes . Bidders must submit a certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the San Patricio County Drainage District , or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value ), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety , in an amount equal to two percent (2% ) of the total Bid Cost , as guarantee that the Supplier will enter into a Contract within thirty (30 ) days after Notice of Award of Contract . Bids may be held for a period not exceeding thirty (30 ) days for the purpose of review and evaluation . Attention is drawn to the fact that the successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of race , color , religion , sex , or national origin .
