Renovation of an educational facility in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Accessibility & Life Safety Upgrades at Ridgeview Middle School - Pkg.1 includes accessibility, restrooms, railings, egress, and hardware. Electronic bids will be received for these upgrades according to the plans and specifications prepared by DLR Group. Bidders are required to secure plans and specifications at their own expense and can view them electronically. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty and contract bond as specified by Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. Only bids submitted via Public Purchase will be accepted; in-person, faxed, or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Vendors are strongly encouraged to support the Board of Education's goal of 20% participation by businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). Registration on the Public Purchase website is free and required for bid submission. Additional guidelines for using Public Purchase are available on the District's website.
