Proposals are requested for new E-rate eligible Category Two equipment and related services. Only new equipment is accepted; used, open box, or refurbished items will be disqualified. Installation services are not required. Proposals must be for the specified makes/models or equivalents; alternatives require documentation to establish equivalence. The applicant may adjust requested quantities and is not obligated to purchase all items listed. Pricing should be provided as unit pricing for each SKU, indicating E-rate eligibility, and categorized as Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections, or Managed Internal Broadband Services. All associated costs, including shipping, licenses, and necessary components, must be included. Proposals must be specific to the solicitation; generic service listings or encyclopedic price lists will be disqualified. Product demonstration equipment loans must be clearly limited in duration, with demos over 30 days subject to written authorization and fair market rates. Vendors must comply with all FCC rules regarding security and lowest corresponding price. Proposals that do not meet requirements, lack definitive costs, or do not guarantee service by the requested date may be adversely affected in the evaluation process. Vendors are required to use SPI billing and must follow all relevant E-rate rules. All proposals must be submitted electronically and include the applicant name, Form 470 number, SPIN, terms and conditions, and a completed pricing attachment in xls or xlsx format.
