Proposals are requested for new E-rate eligible Category Two equipment and related services. Only new equipment will be considered; proposals featuring used, open box, refurbished, or otherwise non-new equipment will be disqualified. Vendor installation services are not requested. Proposals must be for the specified makes/models listed in the Pricing Attachment or an equivalent. If offering an alternative, documentation must be submitted to establish equivalence. Quantities listed are estimates and may be adjusted. The applicant reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or to buy some, all, or none of the listed equipment. Proposals must include all costs associated with providing the requested products/services, including shipping fees, licenses, and any necessary components for the equipment to function. Pricing must be submitted using the "2026 Wichita Falls Pricing Attachment C2" in xls or xlsx format, showing unit pricing and separate line item charges for each SKU, identifying the E-rate eligibility percentage, and categorizing the items appropriately. Proposals must specifically respond to the requirements of this solicitation; generic service listings or encyclopedic price lists will be disqualified. For equipment substitutes, written agreement on changes is required from both parties. The applicant prefers a multi-year agreement and quoted pricing must not assume the full quantities will be purchased. Orders will be placed as needed and there is no obligation for the applicant to purchase all items listed. Proposals must comply with FCC regulations prohibiting the use of certain manufacturers and must offer the lowest corresponding price. SPI billing is required. Only related manufacturer licenses or subscriptions for maintenance/services should be included; additional maintenance or managed services are not requested.
