Site work and new construction of a power facility in Poulan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility.

**As of January 23, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award is January 27th, 2026.** Proposals are requested for the construction of Generator Improvements for the City of Poulan, consisting of a materials and labor contract. The project includes providing and installing a new 150 kw, 187.5 kVA, 480/277, 3 phase, 4 wire stationary diesel generator, automatic transfer switch, concrete generator pad, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete generator installation. Proposals are to be for a single prime materials and labor contract and should be submitted on a lump sum and unit price basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Proposal Form. Bidding documents are available from Still Waters Engineering and may be obtained electronically. Only responsible bidders with experience in this type of construction will receive bidding documents. All required permits for the project have been approved, and acquisition of property for easements or right of way is not required. Materials and labor should be included in the bid form.
