Work includes all finishes, systems and equipment, as well as utilities, grading, landscaping and parking. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by Swan Architects and their Associated Firms. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Facilities Management Director and of the Architect/Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry inuse at the time of the signing of this contract.
